Companies that are members of the PieceX Enterprise program can request a mandatory signature for a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before any purchase of their source code.
Products that require an NDA will be reviewed by the PieceX team before allowing the product to be published on the marketplace.

As a company, What information should I provide?
As you would do with software acquisition, you will need to provide a non-disclosure agreement by stating the scope of work, inclusions, terms, and conditions. Then you just need to upload it at the same time you submit the source code of your product at PieceX.
Where can I check the NDAs that have been signed?
NDAs that have been signed by your clients are always accessible by you anytime anywhere. All you need to do is to visit your Dashboard to download them.
